Replacing Failed Root Canal Molar With Zirconia Implant And Crown

Much time, effort, money was spent on saving a molar tooth. Unfortunately, it was not successful, and the infection occurred under specialist root canal therapy. Careful removal of tooth and healing helped with the patient’s platelet-rich fibrin from her blood taken at the time of surgery to boost healing and remove any pain and inflammation. Planning using the ConebeamCT and implant planner programme, a zirconia implant was placed using guided surgery and worked out perfectly to plan. Happy to smile again with a new zirconia crown over the implant.
