This lady had a long-standing root canal premolar that did not show any problems in routine x-ray, but the Conebeam CT highlighted infection, so she chose to have the tooth removed and an immediate all-ceramic zirconia implant placed with a temporary crown placed on the same day. Six months later, a full ceramic crown was placed, and you could not tell she had had any dentistry done.
