I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyal support in this challenging Covid-19 period and to let you know we have customised the Dental Wellness concept prioritising your health and wellbeing.

Firstly, I wanted to highlight our garden space that has always been a welcome alternative to the patient lounge and in present times is frequented more and more especially in these cooler months.

Also, from our earliest beginnings, our practice has incorporated a number of built-in safety features that are worthy of mention to reassure you throughout your appointments. We have had an ‘Air Oasis’ ozone air filter built into the ducted A/C to eliminate virus, bacteria, mould spores, VOC’s and any smells. You can be reassured that the internal air is safe from transmittable viruses.

We pride ourselves on our high standard of cross infection control and have all the required disposable and sterilisable P.P.E (Personal Protection Equipment) required to treat our patients in the safest possible manner. Additionally all surfaces are wiped down between every patient and all surgical grade masks are single use always.

Our busy hygiene department has taken steps to reduce aerosols while working and we have introduced regular use of ‘Isolite’, that acts as a mouth prop and suction from the back of the mouth. As standard practice our dentists use the ‘IQ Air’ to eliminate the inhalation of harmful vapours and regular use of dental dams which isolates the area of your mouth being worked on.

Most of all it is a foremost principal of mine to keep our practice a calm, happy and reassuringly safe place to visit. In the instance of any future lockdowns, we can provide certificates to allow you to freely visit Dental Wellness, as it has always been my professional opinion that best possible whole body health begins in the mouth.
